Rental Rates:

1 January – 31 March: £350 per week

1 April    -   30 June: £400 per week

1 July — 30 September: £450 per week

1 October - 31 December: £350 per week

Rules & conditions: No same sex parties; No smoking; No Pets; Villa is only available to rent on the U.K market; Villa has no facilities for the disabled.

£100 GBP deposit payable at time of booking, (non-refundable)

Balance Payable six weeks before departure

All damage to be paid for; No extra charge for Air-Conditioning (included in rent)

A Welcome Pack can be arranged if required. A Maid Service/Linen is available weekly
